What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery is included in the sales price of the art, if shipping is to be made within the UK and Europe. Please contact us for prices outside of these regions.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We currently use Paypal as a safe and secure payment method. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance. We also accept direct bank payments/transfer should this be preferable.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time will vary depending upon destination and the country of origin. Please allow 7 to 10 days when ordering prints and posters. All artworks should be delivered within 14 days.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Shopping is completely secure through the online shop. Please refer to our privacy policy for information on data protection.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Upon receipt of your order and payment, an email confirmation will be sent. Once the order has then been processed you will receive an order tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
An invoice will be sent upon request, this can be achieved by emailing info@carlascuriosties.com.
